Getting help with an app

To help us look into a problem quickly, please include:

  • the app’s name;
  • your device and system, such as iPhone with iOS 18 or an Android phone;
  • the app version, shown in the app’s settings or in your app store;
  • a short description of what happened and what you expected.

Keep your information safe

Never send us passwords, one-time sign-in codes, challenge or invitation links, or screenshots that show other people’s information or your personal details. We will never ask for them.

To delete an account, you can usually do it in the app; each app’s steps are in our privacy policy. Otherwise, email privacy@brightgrain.net from the address linked to your account.
